Another good scan

After a sleepless Sunday night we headed out Monday morning to the Zangmeister Center. Johnny had his CAT scan and the results are good.  He has stable and shrinking tumors. He's down to three in fact.  That is a huge relief.  He feels good, but we always need to be prepared going into these appointments and that’s exhausting. A good nights sleep is never part of the routine on the night before chemo. But the bottom line is that he is responding well to all the treatment and additional therapies that we are doing.  For all of you that pray for us, thank you.

Another sign of life getting back to “normal” is our weekly trip to the Columbus All Breed Training Club.  We had a blast with the dogs.  We played a game of baseball with the dogs and I even got THREE home runs!  It was fun and just what Johnny needed as a warm up to tomorrow’s first spring training game between his Indians and the Cincinnati Reds.

And temperatures in the 60s and 70s all week certainly made it feel like spring. But reality is on its way back to us, at  least for a moment.  Still with spring training and March madness on the horizon we're thinking more 60s and 70s and less in the way of 30s and 40s.
There's no fooling Rose's nose
