The extra week was nice

Hope everyone is well. This week all the news from here has been good news. Actually, there was little out of the ordinary, which is something we've come to cherish. The former boyfriend had an extra week between chemos. We got the house decorated, got out for massages, got to a Christmas party, got out to dinner. Admittedly, next weeks treatment looms on the horizon. But this extra week has been really good for the reluctant patient. He really has always gotten very strong on the previous couple occasions he's taken three weeks between treatments. And that's part of the plan for the coming year. Every three weeks instead of two. What he's really excited about is that after the coming treatment, he won't do another until the second week in January. Having been there myself, I can appreciate how good he feels about that long of a break. Thanks for reading. You have all our love and prayers.
