Anniversary weekend

Our anniversary- technically tomorrow-is getting underway today.  We’ve been through quite a bit together, most of it has been wonderful, but as with every couple we’ve had our challenges-especially the past three years.  Luckily for us, our marriage has only grown stronger and we’re turning the entire weekend into our celebration.

We’ve both had good medical reports this month and we both feel great.  You can’t ask for more.  Thanks to all of you who encourage us continuously.

October baseball

It's been a really great week around these parts. The weather has been absolutely perfect.  No bad medical news has clouded the skies. And the former boyfriend is in baseball heaven. The long time Indians fan is floating as his Tribe is up two games to none on the despised Boston Red Sox. Now there is a slap of reality to all this. Johnny did go through another round of chemotherapy this week. But at least it was as uneventful as an infusion can be. And I had a thermography scan this week. That was all good too, showing less inflammation than the previous scan.
